Our Organature pillows are made with chemical-free GOTS Certified 100% Organic Cotton fabric and filling. These are the healthiest, most natural organic pillows available in Australia, suitable for babies, children, the elderly, MCS, chemical sensitivity, allergy, eczema and asthma sufferers and anyone who is concerned about what they breathe into at night. No synthetic fibres, no polyesters, no chemical additives to cause perspiration.
Our cotton pillows are filled with 100% organic, natural ‘carded’ cotton (a mechanical process that forms the organic cotton into pads), not loose fibres (loose cotton fibres are not suitable to make pillows, mattresses or futons). Depending on the ‘height’ of the pillow a number of these pads are put together and inserted into an outer casing.
Over time and with use, the natural cotton will compress and conform to your shape and not fluff back into the original ‘loft’. Pillows cannot maintain a consistent form unless man-made fibres and chemicals are added, which Organature WILL NOT do.

Note: Pillow specification is based on the height and dimensions of the pillow and the weight of the fill in an ‘as new’ state, before the cotton compresses.
About the Outer Covering
These pillows are made with an organic cotton outer (un-dyed, unbleached, un-treated fabric), with a zippered end. Cotton pillow casings require a zippered opening that is closed after filling, due to machinery limitations. For safety reasons the pull tag has been removed and it is not intended as a zip which can be opened.

The Life of a Pillow
If you’re currently sleeping on cheap synthetic pillows, research suggests they should be replaced every 6 – 12 months and if you’ve ever opened them before you throw them away, you might be shocked at what you find.
If you are feeling unwell, lethargic or unable to recover in reasonable time from an illness, getting a new pillow is the first thing we recommend to improve your general health and well-being and remember, even quality Organic Pillows need to be replaced periodically to ensure you keep getting a quality night’s sleep.

The Natural Aroma of Organic Cotton
The GOTS Certified Organic Cotton we use in our products may retain some of the earthy smell from its natural state on the plant. We do not use any of the toxic chemicals used to cover up these natural smells. This natural aroma will dissipate over time, and fresh airing and sunshine will also help.

REVIEW: Eva | | I recently purchased two of these pillows, one for my husband and I. We’ve been using them for a few weeks now and I have to say that I’ve never been so happy with a pillow!
