I have two of the futons, a standard one and one that was made to order to fit a non-standard bed frame. The mattresses are very comfortable and my children love them. The customer service (particularly for the made-to-order mattress) was very good, and all the staff I spoke to were extremely helpful. Delivery was quick and the mattresses were well packaged.
