Sofa Bed Assembly

Place main frame with three nut holes down and two nut holes upwards to right side as shown. Note: one hole is marked with letter.
Lift main frame and match letter, far right hole, insert medium bolts (50mm), do not tighten all the way, leave about 5mm.
Lift top part of frame as shown and insert long bolts (90mm), do not tighten all the way, leave about 5mm.
Match letters on back of stabilizing bar with letter on leg and insert short bolts (40mm).
Tighten ALL bolts. NOTE – DO NOT overtighten bolts.
To make couch into a bed base, screw legs into nut holes provided, tighten.
Take out the long screws and gently lower back.
To finish, attach ‘lip’ to front edge using short bolts (40mm).
