Organic Cotton Filled Innerspring Mattresses In All Sizes

Inside the adult size mattress is a ‘Bonnell’ hourglass spring which has been covered with Organatures’ exclusive ‘Org-Suede Flannel’ certified organic cotton fabric which has ‘Control Union’ certification.

The fabric is then generously covered with many layers of soft Certified Organic Cotton wadding and encased in our special ‘Org-Suede Flannel’, creating a medium firm yet comfortable mattress for a healthy and relaxing nights sleep.

Mattresses, mattress protectors and bed bases are sold in a range of sizes to suit every member of the family.

From the large king and queen sized beds to the smallest bassinet and cot size, and everything in between. Special sizes may also be ordered by request.

Many layers of soft carded cotton wadding are placed all over and on each side of the innerspring mattress which creates a firm and healthy support for your back.

The Best Slat Bed Base For Your Mattress

To allow for proper air circulation and to prevent mould and mildew forming, your organic cotton mattress should always be placed on a good quality slat bed base.

All Organature mattress and bed bases are supplied in a convenient flat pack which is very easy to assemble. It takes less than 5 minutes to set up completely – no nails no screws, no glue.

The wooden bed base is not varnished or painted to further protect those with sensitivities and allergies, but should you wish to apply an organic varnish, we suggest that you contact Livos.com.au

The slats should NOT be varnished or painted.

For increased effectiveness of the health benefits gained when using these certified organic products on a daily basis, we strongly recommend that you buy our natural timber slat bed base in conjunction with your organic cotton mattress, which has been custom made from Australian plantation hardwood.

NO glues are used, and No fumigation processes have taken place.

WARNING – Please DO NOT USE imported timber and timber products (which are most likely fumigated) with your pure organic cotton mattress. We also DO NOT recommend the use of pine due to the high content of terpenes (turpentine). DO NOT use chipboard, MDF or plywood either, or you are decreasing the chances of experiencing the real HEALTH BENEFITS associated with purchasing a pure organic cotton mattress in the first place.

Mattress Protectors

Made from Organature’s exclusive Organic “Org-Suede” Flannel, our healthy, hygienic and easily laundered MATTRESS PROTECTORS are made in the fitted style just like a fitted sheet.

Highly recommended to preserve the life of your Organic mattress, the protector is also a useful stand alone product when an organic mattress is not available.

Futons and futon covers come in a range of sizes to suit every member of the family.You can buy from the large king and queen sized futon beds for adults, middle sized single or king single for teens and children to the smallest bassinet and cot size futons for baby.

The essential ingredient in an Organature PILLOW is pure all Australian organic cotton which is grown without the use of harmful synthetic chemicals to fertilize the crop, control plant growth or fight pests.

Manufactured in a clean environment and covered in our natural Aus-Satin Poplin, the pillow is available in the following sizes;

STANDARD FILL – this is our most popular pillow for a comfortable, healthy nights sleep. Measuring 45×70 cm and filled with approx 700 gram.

HI-LOFT – for those who prefer a slightly higher, firmer pillow. Measuring 45 x 70 cm and filled with approx 900 gram.

Quilt Covers

Our delightful QUILT COVERS are available in a range of different fabrics and fashion colours to suit those wanting more choices and a more stylish look.

Aus-Satin Poplin – Fabric woven from Australian grown organic cotton, natural in colour, no bleaches or dyes are used.

Org-Satin Poplin – Oxy Bleached White also low impact dyed Pink, Blue and Green.

Org-Sateen – Burgundy, Copper, Dark Purple – these three deep colours use environmentally friendly, low impact dyes.

Org-Suede Flannel – a soft brushed suede fabric, ideal winter weight, natural in colour, no bleaches or dyes are used.

Org-Denim – fondly called ‘bed jeans’ this heavy duty, dark blue Organic Cotton Denim provides a stylish bedroom alternative for the young and the young at heart.

Sheets

We have sheets in a choice of fabrics.

Sheets are able to be purchased separately or in sets (see below).

The Aus-Satin Poplin fabric is neither bleached nor dyed. It is softened WITHOUT the use of harsh chemicals such as formaldehyde. Sheets from this fabric are available plain or EMBELLISHED with Organic Cotton Lace.

Organic cotton processing gives the fabric it’s distinct “NATURAL” colour. This natural colour may vary slightly from batch to batch and can even vary throughout the roll of fabric. It is a natural colour and as such will lighten with repeated washing.

To keep them in tip top condition, never use harsh washing powder or detergents.

Available in ALL SIZES.

Sheet Sets

Our single bed and cot sheet sets contain one fitted, one flat sheet and one pillowcase.

Sheet sets are also available in all other sizes and contain a fitted sheet, flat sheet and 2 pillowcases.

Special Sheet Sizes

We can also make sheets in special sizes from our Organic Cotton Fabric Range. These can be made to order for things such as caravan beds, yachts, round beds etc.
